Many of you already know Melinda and Shannon Fugit. You also know them by their founding company name Fugit Property Maintenance (FPM). But as all good things do, the business had grown in scope of work, capabilities, and reputation. And it has recently rebranded to better reflect the work that the Fugit’s now are engaged in as well as the future ahead.Ocean Breeze Residential (OBR), the new brand name, reflects a broader more accurate representation of what Shannon and Melinda do each and every day, and that is work with homeowners to bring to life their wishes, hopes, and vision of a fresh home look and functionality. The couple’s partnership in design and construction collaboration where they serve customers from start to end in rennovation consideration and completion.
Our new Cabinet Showroom will open in late January 2025 and that is an exciting new addition to the OBR offering. Now you can browse through the showroom and touch and see the cabinets that you’ll be installing in your new kitchen, bathroom, bedroom or other storage location.
